I'm a complete beginner when it comes to powerlifting. Will this work for me?

Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about powerlifting as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Our Online Powerlifting coaches have many years of experience in the sport

Do I have to do Powerlifting Coaching in person?

Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable in whatever gym. We'll set up a plan for you. We provide in-person powerlifting coaching in Liverpool if this is something you are interested in. Please message for details

What kind of results can I expect?

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your powerlifting goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!

Do I need to compete in Powerlifting?

Absolutely not! Ig you would like to compete then great but its not a requirement as Elite Powerlifting Systems. Powerlifting is a recreational sport as well as a competitive sport
